I am a big believer in doing hard things every single day, whether that's my daily cold shower, intense exercise, or after-hours studying. Some days I'll even stop myself getting a pastry (which is very challenging).

I'm extremely active and exercise 5-6 days a week - spicing it up with both resistance training, and running.

I'm also a part-time bird enthusiast, extremely average chess player, and enjoy nothing more than being in a forest or on top of a mountain.
